Greer Cabin Connection Rental Policies:
- Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include Arizona sales tax.
- Greer Cabin Connection accepts Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders. All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The entire balance remaining will be charged within 30 days of arrival. Personal checks will not be accepted for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 day of arrival will be charged 100% at the time of booking. Deposits mailed must be received within 3 days or reservation will be cancelled. At the time of deposit you will receive confirmation via email or US Mail.
- All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless we are able to re-book for the entire amount of your stay. If we are not able to re-book you will be charged for the entire amount of your reservation. There is also a 10% handling fee for all refunds and a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
- All cabins are 100% non smoking. If smoking does occur within the cabin you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.00
- All individuals over 12 months of age are considered an occupant and will count as a guest in the unit.
- Pets- Some of our cabins are pet friendly. Please inquire. Pet fee required, $20.00 per pet per night. Non Refundable. You will be charged an additional fee for any damage caused by your pet.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time no later than 10:30 a.m.
- Minimum night stay required.
- Holiday rates apply including minimum stay requirements.
- All cabins are subject to our house rules. You will receive a copy upon check in.
